Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Standard (3–7 business days): $6.95, or free on orders over $75.
- Expedited (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, email support@aldercrestt.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
